Demo polish doesn't certify an FDE. Partners grade whether the system would survive security review, stakeholder skepticism, operational load, and the Tuesday when production data looks nothing like the happy path.
Rubric dimensions
- Domain fit: did the team pick a use case that matters to the business?
- Context quality: governed, permission-aware, auditable
- Agent reliability: evals, guardrails, failure handling
- Deployability: runs in partner environment, not localhost
- Handoff: client team could operate without the cohort
