Who Cohort 02 is for
Cohort 02 is for strong software engineers who want the Forward Deployed Engineer or Forward Deployed Eval Engineer path, not a generic AI course. You should be comfortable writing production code, talking to stakeholders, and operating with incomplete information.
We select for agency, risk-taking, and resilience. We can teach context engineering, MCP, and agent orchestration. We look for how you show up when the work gets hard.
Two tracks, one cohort
Track A certifies Forward Deployed Engineers: builders who embed and ship governed agentic systems. Track B certifies Forward Deployed Eval Engineers: engineers who own eval harnesses, guardrails, and continuous testing after go-live.
Both tracks share the same embed method and partner environments. Capstone grading emphasizes build outcomes for FDEs and eval discipline for FDEEs.
Week-by-week focus
- Weeks 1–3: Discovery: stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, use case selection
- Weeks 4–6: Context: MCP connectors, retrieval design, permission-aware knowledge layers
- Weeks 7–10: Build: agent orchestration, tool use, guardrails, FDEE eval integration
- Weeks 11–12: Run: production deployment, monitoring, partner-graded capstone
